 ALT's Central Pumping Stations were specifically designed to meet the large scale needs of industry where a centralized type system would be suitable. These systems are attractive and efficient alternatives for facilities with multi-line operations. Central Pumping Stations integrate a SA-50P power supply and motor control panel, which works to convert 120/240 VAC power to 24 VDC power for the lubricators and provide straightforward controls and alerts for the user.

All components are designed for maximum usability, security and minimum maintenance. The system features a flip-up, gasketed lid and a gasketed filler cap and strainer, which keep atmospheric contaminants out during normal operation.

75 litre/20 gallon (SA-20CS model) or 170 litre/45 gallon (SA-45CS model) powder coated, steel reservoir
½ GPM gear pump coupled to a ½ hp motor
Adjustable high-pressure relief valve inside the reservoir to prevent excessive lubricant consumption and solenoid valve damage
Top mounted float type level gauge, which gives a quick and clear indication of reservoir lubricant level
Low level system shut down and “Empty” alarm for protecting the pump from dry run conditions
Extra factory sealed 1.5″ NPT bung on top of the reservoir

The SA-12ECS EconoLube system was specifically designed to meet the small-scale needs of industry where a large “centralized” type system would be unsuitable. The EconoLube is an attractive alternative for small facilities or large facilities with single line operations. Compact and competitively priced, the EconoLube system is simple yet integrates the same SA-20CB lubricator control board used in our larger systems, allowing for total unit flexibility. The SA-20CB is programmed using ALT’s SA-60D handheld programmer, which eliminates the chance of making unauthorized setting changes.

All components are designed for maximum usability, security and minimum maintenance. The small, self contained system features a sealed reservoir, which keeps atmospheric contaminants out during normal operation.

45 litre (12 gallon) steel reservoir
1 GPM capacity, 1:1 ratio air diaphragm contained within the pump housing, which also incorporates the pressure regulator and gauge
Reservoir mounted power supply and lubricator controls
Top mounted float type level gauge, which gives a quick and clear indication of reservoir lubricant level
Low level system shut down for protecting the pump from dry run conditions
150 micron line filtration

The SA-MRL Series Monorail Lubricators were specifically designed to have modular, lightweight frames that allow for quick and easy installation without requiring welding to securely mount the lubricator onto the I-beam. The SA-MRL1 chain pin, and SA-MRL2 chain pin and trolley lubricator add-on units are low cost alternatives to stand-alone lubricator heads. The SA-MRL1-C chain pin and SA-MRL2-C chain pin and trolley lubricators are stand-alone lubricator heads with their own SA-50L lubricator control circuit board. Since these lubricators only use one or two of the program channels, there is enough remaining channel capacity for two to three additional lubricators, making it ideal for adding on caterpillar chains or free carrier lubricators. The SA-60L circuit board in the MRL1-C and MRL2-C models eliminate the chance of making unauthorized setting changes.
